We hold numerous craft courses depending on demand and interest, including beading,
making beautiful jewelry in colours of your own choice, teddy bears cute and cuddly and
ready to give as gifts or display in your own home, beading and parchment where you get to create your own beautiful cards. To find out what is available now and what is coming up in the future,

Tai Chi
The gentle art of Tai Chi can help you strengthen your body and improve frame of mind.
Classes are well priced and easy to participate in. They are held each Saturday morning. Come and try.

Chi Kung
What is Chi Kung?
It is a gentle exercise that can be performed by all age groups and physical capabilities, can even be undertaken whilst seated.
What are the benefits?
* Reduce stress and promote a sense of wellbeing.
* Improve digestion, respiration, cardio-vascular and nervous system.
* Improve sleep quality and relieve fatigue.
* Improve health and resistance to illness.
* Strengthen yourself both physically and mentally.

Scooter and Wheelchair Users Social Club
We are a group who love to meet, chat and have a good time. We meet twice a month, share conversation, experiences and laughter. We would love to have you join us, so please call the Centre for meeting times and further information.
Dinner with Friends
Come along and meet new friends and enjoy a wonderful home cooked three course meal every Wednesday at 5.00 pm. If you wish to partake in this wonderful meal then please ensure you contact the Centre and book by Monday of the same week.
We have two sittings one at 5.00 pm and another at 6.15 pm.
The meal consists of Soup, choice of two main courses with side dishes and Sweet.
